At KREWE, we want you to love your frames as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all full-price eyewear. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a pre-paid shipping label and print the return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the frames in their original case and box, attach the shipping label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
